No legal advice. ## Texts with secrets reach the cloud quickly An error log, a contract, a customer list: it is quickly pasted into an AI chat. After that it sits with a third party. A ban often helps little. Then people use AI in secret. - **Invoices and contracts**: They contain names, addresses and account numbers. - **Error logs and code**: They contain passwords and server names. - **Customer lists and meter data**: They show who your customers are and what they need. ## How it works in 3 steps 1. **You write as usual.** You paste your text into your AI tool. 2. **IT-InterMirror creates the shadow copy.** In the shadow copy, names, addresses, identifiers and credentials are replaced with stand-in words. This happens on your side, not in the cloud. The original stays in the house. Amounts and dates stay as they are. 3. **The AI answers, IT-InterMirror translates back.** The answer contains the stand-in words. Not in the cloud. - **A shadow copy instead of the original**: A shadow copy of every document is created on your side. Only it leaves the house. For red and blue, every access needs the approval of two people. - **Green**: Not critical. The text may be used without stand-in words. - **Yellow**: Only through IT-InterMirror. And only to targets you have approved. - **Red**: Highly secret. Never goes to the cloud. - **Blue**: Professional secrets.
