## The situation

An invoice arrives. It is long. Nobody has time to check every line. It contains names, addresses and bank details.

## How it works

1. You paste the invoice text into your AI tool.
2. **The Schleuse replaces secrets.** Names, addresses, identifiers and credentials are replaced with stand-in words. This happens on your side, not in the cloud. Amounts and dates stay as they are.
3. **The AI answers, the Schleuse translates back.** The answer contains the stand-in words. On your side they turn back into the real names.

**Your question to the AI:** Check this invoice. Do the totals add up? Is anything missing? Is a line item there twice?

**What is in your text:**

> Invoice from **Müller Landtechnik GmbH** to **Mr Jonas Meier**.

**What the cloud AI sees:**

AI does not always calculate correctly. Check important totals yourself.
