2. Overview of data processing

This website sets no cookies and uses no tracking and no analytics tools (neither Google Analytics nor the Meta/Facebook pixel).

3. Hosting and server location

This website is hosted on a server in a data centre in Germany. The server is operated by a processor (Art. 28 GDPR) based in Germany (1&1 IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Straße 57, 56410 Montabaur). We use the web server Caddy (TLS/HTTPS-encrypted throughout) and PHP to process the contact form — both locally on the same server.

4. Server log files

When you visit the website, the information your browser transmits is recorded automatically: IP address, date and time of access, the page or file requested, the HTTP status code, the amount of data transferred, and browser type and operating system. This data serves solely the secure and stable operation of the website.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in security and functionality). Retention: The logs are deleted automatically after a short time (usually after 14 days at the latest).

5. Contact form

If you send us an inquiry through the contact form, we process the data you provide (name, email address, optionally company and your message) solely to handle your inquiry. The details are stored on our server outside the publicly accessible area and are not passed on to third parties.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (initiating/performing pre-contractual measures) or (f) (handling your enquiry). Retention: until your inquiry has been fully handled; then deletion, unless statutory retention duties prevent this.

This website uses no cookies and no tracking or analytics technologies whatsoever. No usage profiles are created.

7. Google Fonts and transfer to third countries

For a uniform display of typefaces we embed web fonts (“Google Fonts”) from Google Ireland Limited. When a page is loaded, your browser fetches the required fonts from a Google server; your IP address is transmitted to Google in the process. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland; a transfer to the USA (Google LLC) cannot be ruled out. For transfers to the USA, Google relies on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and EU standard contractual clauses.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in an appealing, uniform display).
