The situation
A file has many pages. A colleague takes over the case. She needs a quick overview.
How it works
You paste the parts of the file you have cleared.
The Schleuse replaces secrets
Names, addresses, identifiers and credentials are replaced with stand-in words. This happens on your side, not in the cloud. Amounts and dates stay as they are.
The AI answers, the Schleuse translates back
The answer contains the stand-in words. On your side they turn back into the real names.
Example
Summarise this matter on one page. Who, what, when?
Matter 2026-0815 for Ms Petra Voss: Letter of 12 August 2026, deadline expires 30 September 2026.
Matter FileNumber_1 for Client Alpha: Letter of 12 August 2026, deadline expires 30 September 2026.
This example is made up.
What you get
You get a timeline and a short summary.
Good to know
Here too, zone Blue stays with you. Only release parts you are allowed to release.
