The situation
The practice is closing for holiday. All patients should know. The text should be friendly and short.
How it works
You describe the content in keywords. No patient data.
The Schleuse replaces secrets
Names, addresses, identifiers and credentials are replaced with stand-in words. This happens on your side, not in the cloud. Amounts and dates stay as they are.
The AI answers, the Schleuse translates back
The answer contains the stand-in words. On your side they turn back into the real names.
Example
Write a short notice: The practice is closed from 20 to 31 October.
Dear patients, Praxis Dr. Voss is closed from 20 October to 31 October 2026. Cover: Dr. Kai Brandt.
Dear patients, Practice Alpha is closed from 20 October to 31 October 2026. Cover: Practice Beta.
This example is made up.
What you get
You get a friendly text that you can print or send by email.
Good to know
Texts with patient data (zone Blue) never go to the cloud. This example contains none.
Zone of this use case: Green
Not critical. The text may be used without stand-in words.
Status of the Schleuse

We are looking for pilot partners. We test the Schleuse with made-up or cleared examples first. Only then does real text go through.
