The situation
A resident asks by email about an appointment or an application. The answer takes time.
How it works
You paste the inquiry.
The Schleuse replaces secrets
Names, addresses, identifiers and credentials are replaced with stand-in words. This happens on your side, not in the cloud. Amounts and dates stay as they are.
The AI answers, the Schleuse translates back
The answer contains the stand-in words. On your side they turn back into the real names.
Example
Write a friendly reply to this inquiry. In plain language.
Inquiry from Ms Petra Voss, Musterweg 12, 99999 Beispielstadt: When will the road be repaired?
Inquiry from Resident Alpha, Address_1: When will the road be repaired?
This example is made up.
What you get
You get a draft. Your administration checks and sends it.
Good to know
A person checks promises and deadlines. The AI must not promise anything.
Zone of this use case: Yellow
